My Goal Is Not to Diagnose — But to Explore.

Are you having trouble sleeping? I'm not going to suggest medication just to mask the problem. I'm going to dig deeper with you to figure out why you're not sleeping.

We'll explore your daily habits, your sleep environment, your technology consumption, your stresses.

Once the full picture is painted, we work together to create a realistic plan.

We work together to learn better stress management and how to stop anxiety from running the show.

Our journey together isn't completely medical. It's also about learning how to appreciate yourself again — so you can enjoy life to its fullest every single day.

1:1 reset Sessions

Face to Face. Fully Focused on You.

First appointments are 1-hour, face-to-face, in person, where we'll go over your health issues and set realistic goals for your wellness.

In some instances, virtual appointments may be available. However, I believe in the power of sitting together, face-to-face, in person for wellness coaching.

During sessions, I can also offer vitamin infusion therapy for an additional cost.

After Every Session

You have the opportunity to relax in the Tranquil Reset room for 10 minutes before returning to your day.

Relax in a comfy recliner with a heated neck pillow and eye mask (if you choose) while your senses are reset with calming essential oils in a diffuser.

Inside this room, you also have the option of a 10-minute guided meditation & breathing guides or gentle soundscapes.

Whatever you need that day is available for you.

It starts with booking your first appointment. You don't have to deal with overwhelming symptoms and health problems alone. We were never meant to do that. Let's do it together.

    We dig into your daily habits, sleep, stress, and symptoms — not to diagnose, but to understand the why behind how you feel.

  • Build Your Plan

    Together we create a realistic, personalized roadmap — practical changes that fit your real life, not a prescription to mask the problem.

  • Ongoing Support

    I'm available for follow-up sessions as needed. The goal is to build a strong, healthful foundation — then help you walk your path independently.

During our first session, we'll discuss a plan that works best for you. Most people find four 1-hour sessions to be a helpful starting point, with follow-ups scheduled as needed.
